Tomato Bisque
(This one came from my daughter who is a fabulous cook!)

1 can condensed tomato soup
2 cans diced tomatoes (with Italian seasonings)
2.5 cups reduced fat buttermilk
About 1/2 Tbsp. dried basil
About 1/4 tsp. pepper
Stir all ingredients together. Stir often in a large pot for 6-8 minutes until heated.
