Lemon Cream Delight

1 cup of self rising flour
1 stick of butter, softened
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Mix together and press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.  Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

1 cup Cool Whip
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened

Mix together and spread on top of cooled crust.

2 packages of instant Lemon pudding
3 cups of milk

Mix together until thickened.  Spread on top of last layer.  Top with Cool Whip.  Sprinkle chopped nuts, coconut, or both on top, if desired.  Chill.
