A former neighbor and friend shared this recipe with me. She is an AWESOME cook!  You will LOVE this!


Corn Dip

1 can of Mexicorn, drained
1 cup of light mayonnaise
1 cup of shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
sliced jalapenos, optional

Mix together.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.  Serve with tortilla chips.
