Meatloaf
(My mom made this for us when I was growing up.)

 1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1 small onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
1 ½ Tb. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tb. Mustard
¼ cup of milk
2 slices of bread cut into small cubes

Mix all ingredients together. Press into an 8x8 or 9x9 pan and spread catsup on top. Cut into slices and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour until done.
