Sweet Potato Soufflé

3 cups cooked sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
½ cup milk
½ cup melted butter
Mix above ingredients well.

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
½ cup flour
1/3 cup melted butter.
Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle evenly over potato mixture.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 – 40 min.
