Fried Rice

4 cups cooked rice, cold
4 – 6 scrambled eggs, chopped
2 Tb. oil
1 cup of cooked, chopped meat (ham, bacon, shrimp, or chicken)
1 bunch of chopped green onions
salt and pepper to taste
soy sauce to taste

Scramble eggs and set aside.  Heat 2 of oil.  Add meat and heat.  Add rice, and soy sauce until you get the desire color. Add onions and chopped up eggs.  Add salt and pepper to taste.
