Chili

2 lb. ground beef or turkey or a meat substitute
2 cans Mexican style tomatoes
2 cans of red kidney beans, drained
2 medium onions, chopped
3 Tb. chili powder
1 small can tomato sauce
1 bell pepper, chopped – optional
salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

Brown the meat and drain.  Chop into small pieces (I put mine in my little chopper).  Put all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours.
