One of my favorite foods is fruit. Summer brings all kinds of delicious fruit into our house. I know it's not summer yet, but I
am counting down the days. Sometimes you need to switch it up a bit instead of eating the same plain fruit. This recipe for fruit dip gives just enough change to add the
yummmm to the same-o, same-o.
Fruit Dip
1 package French Vanilla instant pudding
1 cup of skim milk
1 cup of fat free sour cream or vanilla yogurt
Combine pudding with milk. Whip until thick. Fold in sour cream or yogurt. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with fruit.
Note: The sour cream makes it a little more tart than the yogurt.
